To be able to implement IE activates in cutting department which is having capacity of 150000 pcs/ day.
Should be through with automation cutting room (CAD, Auto spreading, cutting machines like Gerber, Leuctra, Morgan,
Should be able to establish SOP for Macro/ Micro level process & Implementation.
Simplify the Cutting process flow & Layouts.
Should have through knowledge in Knits & woven Fabrics.
Should be aware of LEAN Manufacturing concepts like KANBAN, KAIZEN,5s, Judoka etc.
Based on production requirement should be able to make the Cut Plan.
Establish the style wise SAM as per standard operation procedure,
Only Male Candidates
