Job Description
Candidate would be responsible for the accounting and reporting including statutory requirements. The work would be done at our office/ client office depending on the requirement.
Candidate Profile
Education
Bcom and above
Experience
5 to 10 years
Preparation of final accounts
Review and finalization of accounts
Maintenance & Preparation of books of Accounts of various clients, which are necessary to draw Trial Balance, Trading & profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
General Ledger maintenance
Preparation of invoices, receipts & vouchers
Accounts Activities, Reconciliation of Bank Statement, Sundry Creditors and Sundry Debtors and Salary Computation in Excel Sheet.
Experience in Service tax, Profess Tax, TDS, VAT, Excise remittance, returns, computation, records
Handling of payroll salary structure, TDS, payment, bank transfer, pay slips.
Tally Financial Accounting application (9. 0).
Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to management on business operations, viz. collection, credit control, profitability, etc.
