General Description :

You will work in the X-Ray generator engineering team. The position is based in Bangalore, India, with frequent interactions with global team (in France).

As a SW engineer, you will participate in the design of new X-Ray generators and required SW tools for future X-Ray medical imaging products, as well as contribute to improvement of exiting platforms.

You will have strong interactions with our power electronics experts and with the teams located around the world that develop our medical imaging products.

Responsibilities:

You will be in charge of developing and testing SW tools required for testing and integrating the generator at engineering, manufacturing and system level.

You will also be involved in developing software that runs in the generator and that is in charge of synchronizing the image acquisition and controlling accurately the radiological parameters for an optimal image quality.

You will be responsible for the full software development life cycle (SDLC) implementation, for quality of the SW releases and documentation.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelors/ Masters in EE/ EC/ CS.
Industry Experience: 5+ Years.
Strong knowledge and hands-on development experience in MS Windows application development using MS Visual C++/ MFC, in a project involving GUI development and CAN/ CANopen/ USB communication drivers.
Hands on development experience in application development using JAVA
Knowledge of test case design and scripting languages like tcl, perl, VBA and experience in developing test scripts.
Knowledge and hands-on development experience in embedded software development, ideally on a project involving C/ Assembly programming/ real-time OS for a microcontroller or DSP.
