Job Description
To ensure set targets/ objectives are met on a monthly basis for sales and collections nationally
Establishing a Pan India distributor Network.
Distributor relationships and stock management
Pursue the business model profitably and efficiently to ensure dominant market share
To set up a team in existing locations and new sites when ever it is set up
To ensure that the entire team is trained and groomed to meet set objectives
To ensure agreed number of sales personnel are on board at any given point of time
Candidate Profile
To ensure there is constant motivation, support, training and monitoring of the entire team in all operational locations
To provide sales forecasts detailing all costs, sales and profits expected at the beginning of the month
To coordinate with different functions like Finance, Legal, IT, Facilities, etc to ensure smooth compliance as per requirement for the entire sales team
To manage the sales and collection on an all India basis
To ensure set business targets and objectives are met and come up with new ideas for growing the business
