Job Description
Responsible for generating new customers and maintaining existing customers.
Getting customers & keeping customer
Achieve or exceed monthly quarterly & annual targets
Maintain Business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets.
Responsible for TLC as an owners and the Primary responsible will be accountable for Complete TLC. Execute training programs beyond expectations with best services & quality training all times.
Responsible for executing the training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations.
Responsible to represent coalesce and its Standards.
Coalesce Standards - Speed of Execution of training, fast turnaround time, Quality Parameters, High quality deliverable, speaking the customer language, Work closely with resource team for identifying the trainer, Response time, Credential.
Candidate Profile Any UG/ PG management degree female candidates. Getting customers & keeping customer
