We are looking for an inspired, thoughtful & peace-loving individual who values perfection, order, clarity, truth who can maintain efficiency through calm, while thriving on challenges of the chaotic/ creative nature of organic work-process/ environment; an individual, who believes that no work is small or big. Function Needs :
Ability to write/ express with clarity and soulfulness (fluency in English must)
Search, identify & invite films (short/ long form documentaries, fiction etc. ) according to each festival theme
Build relationships with film-makers & organizations across the globe on behalf of C. U. S and handle communications/ queries from them via email/ phone
Ability to self-organize and work independently or collaborate in team (as needed)
Ability to prioritize & handle multiple/ simultaneous requests/ issues
Independently set the goal for the self and meet it passionately/ diligently
Manage the flow of incoming film-entries & facilitate in other efforts required for festival-launch
Assist in creating virtual network of global story. tellers/ film-makers
Ability to find simple answers for complex questions & clean organizational skills
Knowledge of online medium as well as spiritual+art communities across globe
An open mind to embrace new ideas, responsibilities and create opportunity
Place of work : Nedumangad, Kerala. Commencement : immediate, full time. Compensation : Moderate.
