Able to understand the current elastic & Sock manufacturing process and establish SOP.
Calculate elastic & socks manufacturing machinery capacity in scientific way.
Monitor the elastic & socks machinery utilization on daily basis.
Simplify the elastic, socks manufacturing process flow & Layouts.
Calculate manpower requirement as per planned quantity.
Making the proper feeding plan to avoid the feed loss with co ordination of PPC, RM store.
