Job Description

Responsible for Sales & Marketing/ Business Development, Distribution & Team building in the region
Should have abilities to strategizing the long term business directions for major products by executing ground level strategies for achieving sales targets in line with organizational objectives.
Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth.
Should able to maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. Delivering sales by developing relationships with retail partners
Should be able to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Responsible for credit control & timely remittances from the market.
Develop a dynamic team by teaching and mentoring to your hand picked sales team.
Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
Taking responsibility for profit and loss
Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Lead the regional sales team to meet goals and objectives.
Candidate Profile

Skills and Interests
A self-motivated, result oriented person with quality experience preferably 5 yrs or above in the same industry.
Should have prior experience of selling Body shop equipment like Crash repair system, High end spot welders and paint booths to the premium customers. Also must have experience of selling high end tyre care equipment, lifting equipment.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
You'll need proven sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets
Good business sense as well as desirable technical knowledge of the products
The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and 'people skills' Good planning and organisational skills
Good IT, budget and report writing skills
