Job Description

Developing, managing and implementing a fund-raising strategy for the organisation in conjunction with the Director Marketing, with emphasis on individuals and the corporate sector
(2) Undertaking feasibility and test marketing for assessing new fund-raising operations
(3) Starting new in-house fund-raising operations, across various cities, achieving agreed income targets to meet operational needs
(4) Developing, implementing and embedding procedures and systems to ensure a cohesive and planned approach for fund-raising activities. Producing SOPs for uniformity of approach and to reduce conflict of purpose
(5) Tracking the new fund-raising offices with respect to agreed targets and cost/ income ratios
(6) Recruiting, managing, building and motivating the fund-raising teams across different cities and training them to deliver efficient results
(7) Analysing, implementing and monitoring new growth potential by introducing new fund-raising channels and introducing innovative activities for fund-raising in new cities/ areas
