Job Description

2+ years experience in Salesforce Administration
The Sales force Administrator must be able to communicate effectively with users to determine requirements for new processes and applications or modifications to existing processes and applications, to meet the changing needs of our client.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (201) is mandatory
Manage the Sales force. com CRM application.
Maintain user roles, security, profiles, work flow rules, etc.
Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
Implement programs to increase user adoption and effectiveness
Maintain the functional areas of data management, sales forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports
Responsibilities include design business process, rapid user interface configuration, user provisioning, data transfer and cleansing, report/ dashboard design, user training, documentation and marketing campaign support.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
Identify usage problems and craft technical/ communication plans to remedy
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, marketing, and sales operations
Good in databases
Must have Good communication and client facing skills
Client-focused attitude
