Job Description
Designation: General Manager/ Asst. General Manager/ Senior Manager/ Manager.
Reporting To: Vice President
Department: Insurance Service Group
A resource to help companies assess business risks and exposures, and to structure appropriate, methods to retain, reduce, avoids or transfer risks.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
People Management - Managing ISG TMs.
Managing strong relationship with insurance companies.
Advocate cost reduction strategies to the corporate by suggesting suitable measures.
Building and leading a successful brokerage team.
Assess the risk profile of the corporate client
Takes overall responsibility for the co-ordination of Placement for each client, including ensuring price competitiveness.
Leads new business initiatives.
Ensures operational procedures are followed.
Stay informed of general business/ economic developments and their impact to the client.
Assist in generating new business opportunities. Understand India Insures service lines and actively assess/ present opportunities for the firm to bring value to clients. Develop long-term relationships and networks.
Guidance on ways to reduce total cost of risk.
Guidance on risk management process.
