Job Description

We are currently hiring candidates for the position of Customer Support Executives for a leading Domestic BPO in Mumbai.
Job Profile:
1. Answer calls of customers regarding the product issue and provide them with excellent Customer Service
2. Need to document every call with regards to the Call log.
3. Need to provide callbacks if required to assist the customer.
4. Need to be professional.
5. Should have the desire to learn
Candidate Profile

1. Required people with good communication skills (Marathi, Gujarati, English and Hindi).
2. They should have basic computer and internet knowledge.
3. Minimum 18 years of Age & Minimum HS qualified with or without exp.
4. Ready to work in any kind of shifts.
5. Female should be ready to work for 9 Hrs in a Day from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm window.

Salary: Between Rs. 5, 500/ - to Rs. 7, 000/ - per month as per their knowledge and experience. If the candidate wants to do overtime then he/ she will get additional compensation.
Accommodation: For out side candidates company will provide the accommodation & transportation but for this there certain amount will be deducted from their salary.
Shifts: Day/ Night shifts (As per convenience)
