Job Description

1. Identify Franchisee potential across Chennai and surrounding area
2. Explain the serviceman concept and turn prospect to potential franchisee
3. Sign agreement with Franchisee based on the terms and condition as per the norms
4. Provide all necessary marketing support to the Franchisee in co-ordination with RSM
5. Support Engineers with necessary requirement on any issue pertaining to operation in coordination with RSM
6. Sort out dispute with Franchisee in case of any arising time to time
7. Process closure procedure in case of any, as per terms and condition. Appoint/ Replace new Franchisee
8. All Call handling pertaining to new Franchisee appointment based on advertisement, time to time
9. Periodic visit to Franchisee and access day to day business
10. Conceptualize new business potential based on organization requirement
