Job Description

Identify and Develop New Business for the Industrial Products in assigned Area/ Territory
Develop and Maintain Existing business in the given Territory
Achieve given Targets for the Territory
Develop Business Plan for the growth of Territory on Monthly/ Quarterly basis.
Meet or Exceed OMS India Gross Margin Goals
Have overall responsibility for Customer Satisfaction in the given Territory
Responsible for timely collection of Receivables in the given territory.
Plan and execute daily/ monthly sales calls.
Focus on Business Growth and Client Retention.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relations with clients
Resolve/ Coordinate customer complaints effectively.
Monitor competitors offering, prices and sales.
