Job Description

1. Responsible for ensuring Quality at Foundry & Machine shop in Cast Iron Foundry.

Knowledge of Pattern Inspection is mandatory.
Experience in Foundry & machine shop manufactured components.
4. Co-coordinating with all third party inspectors for getting clearance of the components of foundry & Machine shop

5. Preparation of QAP & NDT tests Procedures pertaining to Machine, Foundry shop for in house & out sourced components.

6. Knowledge on SAP would be preferred.

Should have NDT level-II Qualification is RT, UT, DPT & MPT.
8. Should be capable of Inspection of castings & machined components at vendor locations.

Should be Qualified Internal auditor for ISO 9001: 2008 and capable of carrying cross-functional Internal audit with in the organization.
Should be well versed with ASME, IS, BS codes pertaining to Castings.
Working knowledge of Computers and SAP will be added advantage.

Salary
Negotiable depending on the type of experience. This will include PF, Gratuity as per Act and covered under the Superannuation.
