Job Description

Client: Real Soft (Intl) Pvt. Ltd.
Experience with HR ABAP development in at least one of the modules like PA, OM, PD, ECM, Benefits, Travel management, etc
Experience with creating new and modifying existing Adobe forms
Depth of experience in developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms
Extensive experience with troubleshooting and customizing workflows in both Finance and HR
Experience with ALE/ IDOCs, LSMW, module pool programming and ABAP objects
Ability to analyze problems and propose multiple solutions that would fit the existing model
Good communication skills and ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements
Ability to clearly document technical solutions for continuity.
Candidate Profile

Over 5 years of ABAP experience in multiple SAP modules including Finance, Supply Chain & HR
