Job Description

Should have experience in minimizing In house line rejection due to Supplier problems, Supplier rejections and customer line rejection
Should act as an enterprising leader with proven abilities in leading teams to achievement of organizational goals and industry best practices
Should have Well conversant with Business process improvements using KAIZEN/ SPC/ MSA/ FMEA/ Control Plan/
Must posses sound understanding of 8D methodology & Pokka Yoke and acquired knowledge in scientific approaches like DOE, FMEA, 5 Why Analysis, 7 QC tools, PPAP audits, Process audits, SPC, MSA.
Must posses sound understanding TQM concepts and delivered the good results by adopting TQM concepts.
