Job Description

As a Technical support engineer, you'll need to troubleshoot and diagnose problems faced by our clients. Typically, our clients use DSL, T1 and Fiber lines.

The call flow isn't much, but there's a lot of multi-tasking required. We provide e-mail and chat support too and we have many products you'll need to support.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience required in an international call center.

Excellent English speaking skills.

Sound knowledge of modems, routers and switches and technical troubleshooting skills.

Candidate must be willing to work 24X7 shifts.

Candidate must be atleast CCNA certified.
